With more than 35 years of proven experience in nonprofit leadership, Michalle brings a distinguished record of sector expertise. Her career has been devoted almost entirely to human services, mental health, and child‑focused organizations — spaces where the stakes are high, the needs are complex, and the work directly impacts our most vulnerable and diverse communities.
Michalle is a seasoned organizational leader, an engaging university‑level instructor, and a collaborative partner known for elevating teams and strengthening mission‑driven work. She is widely respected as a committed, values‑centered community leader. Together with her team of nonprofit specialists, she brings the clarity, strategy, and energy needed to breathe life into your mission.
Michalle partners with boards, staff, and volunteers to design and implement a clear, strategic direction.
